Shipping Information

NOTE: Kindly be aware that when shipping internationally, occasional delays may occur, particularly with larger orders, owing to customs processes. Although infrequent, such situations are regrettably beyond our influence. We appreciate your patience as we await customs clearance to ensure the prompt delivery of your package.

If you have a recipient tax ID and are sending inventory to yourself, please email it to customerservice@krystalvictoria.com and our team will include it when shipping your order. This potentially can help mitigate potential delays with customs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer Express and Standard shipping services for international orders. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Applicable import duties, taxes and fees are calculated in your selected currency at checkout.

For International orders less than $70 USD, shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Krystal Victoria currently accept orders shipping to the following Countries/Regions:

STANDARD (DUTY + TAX PREPAID)

• Delivery is approximately 5-14 business days after the time of shipment
• Pre-paid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP), no additional charges upon delivery
• Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information
• Package can be tracked HERE
• Delivery will be made by a local carrier.

STANDARD (DUTY + TAX UNPAID)

• Delivery is approximately 5-14 business days after the time of shipment
• Duties and taxes are unpaid, customer is responsible for duties, taxes & fees upon delivery
• Package is traceable and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information
• Package can be tracked HERE
• Delivery will be made by a local carrier

PLEASE NOTE

• Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
• A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays.
• Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.
• International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates
• All prices listed on this page are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency
• Duties and taxes vary by country/region and will be determined during checkout
• Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments
• International order totals cannot exceed $500.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses in Canada and United States, please contact Krystal Victoria Customer Service for assistance. 

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day. Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on holidays.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.
