KRYSTAL VICTORIA RETURN POLICY

The team at Krystal Victoria wants to ensure you are always happy with their orders. If there is damage to your customer order, then Krystal Victoria will refund the product. If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please reach out to us at customerservice@krstalvictoria.com with necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. We’ll do all that we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation.

If you don’t love your purchase, we offer Exchange and Returns for all for active krystalvictorial.com account holders on Canadian. orders within 15 days of your purchase! You will receive a full refund to the original payment method, not including your original shipping charge. We will only accept items purchased on krstalvictoria.com and for a return and exchange; if your item(s) were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return. Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you’re unhappy with one of our products, please review the return instructions below.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR U.S. ORDERS

  1. Please contact us at customerservice@krstalvictoria.com and indicate which item you would like to return and the reason for each return. Please note you must specify all items you would like to return; additional items not specified will not be processed for a refund.
  2. Pack the item(s) you’d like to return in the original packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.
  3. Mail your return package to our warehouse.
  4. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!

NOTE:

  1. Please note, we charge a $5 return processing fee for every order returned.
  2. Please be aware that it’s normal for palettes to have some dusting around the outside of the pans – this is not considered damage.
